The Busy Group Pty Limited ("TBG") from time to time by invitation to visitors of its websites deals with the collection, security, quality, use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Information Privacy Principles which are set out in Information Standard 42.

Information provided by members of The Busy Club will also be used to maintain membership records, provide information and enable members to access the services and benefits available to members of The Busy Club and to conduct research in order to identify and analyse the ongoing needs of members of The Busy Club.

TBG's general policy is not to provide mailing lists for direct commercial purposes, although we do use such lists for internal promotional purposes particularly where member benefits are involved. If, as a member of The Busy Club, you wish to have your name excluded from promotional mailing lists, you should advise the Membership Department in writing.

You have the right to request access to any personal information held by TBG, which relates to you. You also have the right to request the correction of any information which relates to you and is inaccurate.
